The Will Turner Law (Also known as the Law of Sputnik) states that with a Pirates of the Caribbean Will Turner figure is release in any scale, any toy line no matter how obscure, it must be used to create a Lance Sputnik custom. You do not have to claim the privilege of doing so publicly, but you are compelled to do so whenever one is found.
