Main space (jail, cannon housing, computer banks) is 21.5 deep x 13 inches wide. 18d x 13w if you take out the front armored part that holds the cannon (talking floorspace only in that sense.)
From tip of gun to back of armory locker= 24 1/2"
"Motor Pool" bays are each 14"d at the longest part, 13"d at the shortest x 8 1/4" wide.
Overall assembled HQ takes up a footprint of 21.5"d x 29.25"w.
Helicopter pad is 9.5" square.
Vehicle bays at the highest point (front wall): 6"
Front of HQ (where the cannon sits): 6" high
Jail Cell area: 5.5" (from the "floor": 5")
The height with flagpole is 9 3/4".

Height from antenna, measurements came out to 9 7/8" with the legs compressed and 11 1/2" with the legs extended (I extended the legs as far as I could without them falling out on their own, it is possible to make it slightly higher as there is one more notch I didn't extend past). Add 4 inches or so to the height if you want a Skyhawk or something on the landing pad
